Immerse yourself in our exclusive outdoor cigar lounge seating, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the day. As a VIP guest, you'll also gain invaluable insight during "The Foundation & Structure of Cigars," a captivating demonstration led by the experts at Puros Birriel, followed by an engaging Q&A session with the owner of Bernard Terrell Cigars himself, Terrell Steward (12:30 PM - 1:30 PM). You'll also receive a curated swag bag filled with a fresh, hand rolled cigar, more premium Bernard Terrell Cigar goodies, and indulge in three signature cocktails expertly crafted by Chef Jelian from our exclusive Whisky Bar. Treat yourself to the ultimate picnic indulgence!

Tent Fee: $25.00 per 10 x 10 tent

The tent fee includes a designated space for one 10x10 tent. Ticket holders are permitted to bring personal items such as grills, chairs, tables, and alcoholic beverages, provided they adhere to the Forest Preserve's open bottle policy. All personal items and activities must be contained within the confines of the designated 10x10 space. Ticket holders are required to thoroughly clean their assigned space before leaving the event.

Understanding Your Ticket + Tent Purchase:

Package Contents: Each "Early Bird Ticket + Tent" package includes:

One (1) event entry ticket

One (1) 10x10 tent

Multiple Packages: Purchasing multiple packages yields multiple entries and tents (one of each per package).

Extra Tents: You can buy extra 10x10 tents. The entry ticket is tied to the "Early Bird Ticket + Tent" package, one entry per package.

Purchase Limit: One (1) "Early Bird Ticket + Tent" package per customer.

***Please Note: To ensure a smooth and secure event, all tickets must be purchased online prior to arrival. No cash transactions will be conducted at the gate. Upon entry, guests will be required to present their online ticket and will receive a wristband. A QR code will be located at the entry gate for online ticket purchases. Wristbands must be worn by all guests throughout the duration of the picnic and are essential for re-entry.

Some General Info and Rules for Cigars in the Park

1. Music will start PROMPTLY at 10am. You can come as early as 845am for set up.

2. There will be a destinated tent area. All tents are not to exceed 10x10 per rules of the Forest Preserve. 

3. As with any other park, there is a strict RED CUP POLICY. No open alcohol. If we get fined because someone did not adhere to this universal rule, you will be asked to leave our grove. 

4. Please dispose of all charcoal, trash, and cigar debris in the proper designated areas. 

5. Please follow all rules so we can continue to move forward with the picnic and enjoy the culture of cigars.  Security will be on the premises and ANY activity that will compromise the safety of the attendees or integrity of the event will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.
