Bernard Terrell Cigars does not sell tobacco to anyone under the age of 21.

We do not Sell Cuban cigars!

All Tobacco from Bernard Terrell Cigars is From Nicaragua and Dominican Republic. We collect sales tax only for the state of Illinois only, you are responsible for any tax in your state.

Bernard Terrell Cigars stands by our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and we want to let you know that if you should need any assistance, please feel free to contact our customer support team, during listed hours of operation or via email at: bernardterrellcigars@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, simply let us know within 14 days of original purchase and we will work together to resolve the issue. Customers may receive full refund if original purchased merchandise is shipped back unopened within 14 days or original purchase date. Merchandise can be replaced if arrived to customer damaged, or opened.

If your State does not allow shipping of Cigars purchased online your order will be refunded.

We ship USPS Adult Signature Required.

SHIPPING DETAILS

We ship to U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and overseas military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Selected items, due to weight and/or size limitations may not be eligible for shipment outside the continental United States.

If your State does not allow shipping of Cigars purchased online your order will be refunded.

We ship USPS Adult Signature Required.

SURCHARGES (APPLIED TO RATE TABLE BELOW)

* All shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or any U.S. Territory/possession, will be charged an additional $10 for USPS Priority Mail.

 RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

How to Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund of merchandise excludes shipping cost.

1. Please email bernardterrellcigars@gmail.com to request a refund. (48 hours for response to email)
2. Instructions on where to return items will be given via email once Bernard Terrell Cigars has responded to your email.

Return Exceptions

Open, damaged cigars, or more than two cigars missing will be prorated.

We encourage you to contact us directly before returning any cigar or humidor so that we may resolve the issue for you immediately, here at Bernard Terrell Cigars, customer service is our #1 priority. If at any time you are unhappy with anything what so ever please email bernardterrellcigars@gmail.com.
